This store was created to make recovery feel possible—by people who’ve lived it, and backed by those studying it.

Our Founder’s Story

In July 2020, my wife and I thought we were recovering from COVID. We were both building our careers, trying to start a family, and doing everything we could to move forward. But a month later, my symptoms hit—and they didn’t stop.

I developed chronic pain, migraines, extreme fatigue, tremors, and fevers that never broke. I saw dozens of doctors, tried endless treatments, and spent a small fortune chasing answers. Most dismissed my condition as psychological. The bills stacked up. Our plans for a family were put on hold. And still—no real path forward.

I kept searching. I found a handful of practitioners who actually listened. I experimented with protocols. I traveled for care. And slowly, I began to understand what was happening in my body—and how to support it.

But it shouldn’t take five years, elite access, or a background in nutrition to find help. That’s why I started the Long COVID Store.

This is more than a place to buy supplements. It’s a support system built by someone who’s lived the uncertainty, frustration, and isolation of long COVID—and who believes healing should be accessible.

We curate every product based on science, patient experience, and what’s helped people like me. 25% of our proceeds go directly to research at Mayo Clinic and other institutions pushing for better answers.

If you’re here, still searching: I see you. And you’re not alone.

Meet the people behind Long COVID Store

Survivors, clinicians, and researchers working together to build better recovery pathways.

Nick – Founder

Nick founded the Long COVID Store after five years of battling debilitating symptoms like fatigue, tremors, migraines, and chronic pain following a 2020 COVID infection. Despite mounting medical bills and limited answers, he refused to give up—eventually connecting with experts in post-viral illness and rebuilding his health one small step at a time.

With a background in nutrition and entrepreneurship, Nick launched LCS to make research-backed, practitioner-informed recovery tools accessible to others. He continues to advocate for smarter care, patient-led guidance, and funding for long COVID research.

Jon Nouri – Product Testing & Community Engagement

Jon brings over 20 years of strategic and customer experience leadership from companies like Deloitte, Hilton, and Albertsons. After developing long COVID in early 2020—and later ME/CFS and POTS—Jon shifted his focus to exploring recovery.

He’s since participated in multiple clinical trials and tested countless supplements, devices, and pacing tools. His real-world experience helps inform product selection, community education, and user-first thinking at Long Covid Store. When not researching, he’s often meditating or with his daughter, Diana.

He collaborates across multiple specialties to provide comprehensive care and is NIH-funded for research on the long-term effects of SARS-CoV-2.

Dr. Susan M. Levine, M.D. – Clinical Collaborator

Dr. Levine is a long-standing advocate for patients with ME/CFS and post-viral illnesses. A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she completed fellowships in infectious disease and allergy/immunology at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Mt. Sinai.
