Product Description
Product Description
Glia PC+™ is a plasmalogen-enriched egg yolk oil that combines phosphatidylcholine (PC), ProdromeGlia™ omega-9 plasmalogens, CoQ10, and vitamins D3, E, and K2 in one daily teaspoon. It is made for adults who want broad nutritional support for cell membranes in the brain and nervous system.
Phosphatidylcholine is the most common phospholipid in human cell membranes and a source of choline for acetylcholine and methylation. Egg yolk PC closely matches the PC found in human brain tissue, unlike most PC supplements made from soy or sunflower lecithin. Plasmalogens add structure and antioxidant protection to membranes in white matter and myelin.
The usual serving is 1 teaspoon (5 mL) a day. Keep the bottle in the refrigerator and do not microwave it. Available to US customers only.
- Per 5 mL: 2,125 mg ProdromeGlia™ plasmalogen oil; 2,125 mg egg yolk oil (ProdromeEYO™); 125 mg CoQ10 (ubiquinone); 125 mg vitamin E; 2,000 IU vitamin D3; vitamin K2 (MK-4).
- Supports: Cell membrane structure, antioxidant protection, and brain and nerve upkeep.
- Serving: 1 tsp (5 mL) daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Allergen: Contains egg.
- Size: 120 mL (4 fl oz), about 24 servings; refrigerate.

How it helps those with Long COVID
How it helps those with Long COVID
Brain fog, fatigue, and a sensitive nervous system often travel together in long COVID. Glia PC+ is used by adults who want one daily product that covers several membrane nutrients at once: phosphatidylcholine, omega-9 plasmalogens, CoQ10, and fat-soluble vitamins. It is meant to sit alongside sleep, pacing, and guidance from a clinician. Individual experiences vary.
Scientific Explanation
Scientific Explanation
Phosphatidylcholine (PC) makes up roughly half of the phospholipids in most cell membranes and supplies choline for acetylcholine synthesis and for methyl-group metabolism through betaine. Egg yolk PC carries fatty acid patterns similar to those in human tissue. Plasmalogens, especially oleic acid (omega-9) species, are concentrated in myelin and white matter and help protect membranes from oxidation. CoQ10 carries electrons in the mitochondrial respiratory chain and acts as a lipid-soluble antioxidant, and vitamin E protects membrane fatty acids from peroxidation. These mechanisms describe normal biochemistry and do not establish a treatment effect for any disease.
