Product Description
ProdromeNeuro™ Oil is the liquid form of Prodrome's omega-3 (DHA) plasmalogen precursor, made for adults who want daily support for mental clarity and steady energy and who prefer a liquid to softgels.
Plasmalogens are phospholipids concentrated in brain gray matter, neurons, and other high-energy tissues, where they help keep cell membranes flexible and support normal cell signaling. ProdromeNeuro™ supplies DHA-based plasmalogen building blocks the body can use in its own pathways.
The usual serving is 1 mL a day (equal to 2 softgels), mixed into 1 to 4 oz of a drink other than water, or added to empty gel caps. Prodrome recommends taking it in the morning. Keep the bottle in the refrigerator before and after opening.

How it helps those with Long COVID
How it helps those with Long COVID
Brain fog and low energy are among the most common long COVID complaints. ProdromeNeuro Oil offers the same DHA plasmalogen support as the softgels in a liquid that can be mixed into a drink, which helps people who find capsules hard to swallow or want to adjust the amount with their clinician. It fits alongside sleep, nutrition, and pacing. Individual experiences vary.
Scientific Explanation
Scientific Explanation
Plasmalogens are ether phospholipids enriched in neuronal membranes and synaptic vesicles, where DHA-containing species help set membrane fluidity and support vesicle fusion during neurotransmission. The vinyl-ether bond at the sn-1 position also makes plasmalogens preferential targets for reactive oxygen species, which helps protect neighboring membrane lipids. DHA plasmalogen precursors taken by mouth can be incorporated into membrane phospholipids through the body's normal synthesis pathway. These mechanisms describe normal membrane biochemistry and do not establish a treatment effect for any disease.
